Casting
Our production team prioritises representation on stage, aiming for diversity in casting as a core value. We embrace diversity in all its aspects, believing it fosters a safer and richer environment, elevates the artistic quality of the show, mirrors Australian society more authentically, and enhances the final product's overall quality. By advocating for inclusive and equitable casting practices, we aspire to contribute to normalising these standards in Victorian amateur theatre.
